Tape-in Extensions are a light weight and non detectable way to add extra length and fullness. This is NOT a protective style. All your hair is left out! Your hair will be sandwiched between pieces of extensions with hair tape. This is NOT damaging. You should take care of these extensions as you would your own hair.

Getting your hair professionally washed and styled every two weeks is preferred.

If you are “not a hair person”, I would rethink getting this style because it does require maintenance.
