booking Policy

Please be keep in mind that when booking an appointment removes an opportunity for another client to book on the date and time that you have chosen. There will be a deposit requested for all appointments. Deposits are refundable if there is a need to cancel 48 hours before appointment. After 48 hours, no refunds will be given , but you will be allowed to reschedule your appointment to another day and time within 24 hours of your appointment. After that, you will not be allowed to transfer your deposit and it will be lost. If you know that you are able to attend your appointment, please reschedule. NO CALL, NO SHOW, NO REBOOK. If you are unsure of how much time you may need for the appointment, please book a consultation.

Appointment Preparation

Please arrive with your hair detangled. This will help avoid overlap of appointments with another client. If a previous style has to be taken down, you will be charged a take down fee of $20.

Guests

Space is very limited, especially during these uncertain times, other guest and/ or children who are not being serviced are not allowed to be present in the salon while the client is receiving services.
